TraceLog offers five plans. All plans include the full analytics suite, 30+ automatic detectors, and privacy controls. Plans differ in volume limits, analytics history, and team size.

Analytics history applies to the aggregated read model — sessions, funnels, conversions, and reports — which is retained for the duration of your plan's analytics window.
Raw event drill-down is available for the last 14 days on every plan. Raw events are a processing queue: schedulers consume them within hours to build the analytics read model, and after 14 days they are pruned. Aggregated analytics remain available for the full analytics history window regardless.
Feature Access
Most features are available on all plans. These features require a minimum plan:

All other features — including Goals & Conversions, recommendations, issue detection, Copilot, reports, and revenue tracking — are available on every plan within the quota limits above.
Free Trial
Every new account unlocks a 14-day Pro trial the moment we receive your first real event. The countdown does not start at signup or when you create a project — that way time spent installing the snippet, verifying your domain, or wiring up tracking on a custom site never burns trial days. During the 14 days you get full access to Pro-tier limits and features.
If you choose Growth or Pro during the active trial, TraceLog stores the payment method and schedules billing for the trial end. Your Pro trial access remains active until then; after the trial ends, your account moves to the paid plan you selected. If there is no healthy paid subscription at trial end, the account moves to Free.
Event Limits
When your project reaches its monthly event limit, new events are rejected with an HTTP 402 response. Existing data is never affected. Limits reset on the 1st of each month.
You'll receive email notifications at 80% and 100% usage.
Team Roles
Each project supports three roles:

The team member limit includes the owner. A Free plan with 1 member means only the owner can access the project.
